While traveling through the different regions of Panama, we stopped by a local tribe that specializes in cocoa beans. Capturing shots of the native Panamanian people working with the beans and grinding them to a paste was interesting in itself, but being a creative photographer you also have to keep your eyes open to the seemingly less interesting subjects. A woman sweeping out her home may not always be the first thing to catch your attention, but to capture the lifestyles of people around the world you have to open up your vision.

Seeing the light come in through the opening behind the woman created a nice silhouette giving me a perfect opportunity to get this interesting shot.
